Here's a quick look of what the San Diego real estate market did in April. Home prices have been rising steadily since February 2016, and are expected to continue to rise through the remainder of the year. Market time took a dip, and is at 30 days on average (super low!) Homes are selling for 97.5% of their list price, on average, which is a great stat for home owners. If you list your home and have it priced correctly, your home should sell quickly for close to list price! I'm happy to help all San Diego home buyers and sellers--just respond to this email and let me know how I can help.
