First, the beer must be stellar. San Diego beer lovers aren't receptive to non flavorful, run-of-the-mill (see what I did there?) beer. The tasting room should be imaginative, inspiring and welcoming. Finally, the overall experience should leave fans wanting more so guests will come back again and again. It's March already!? Here's a quick look of what the San Diego real estate market did in February. Our market is considered "very healthy." Only 0.1% of homes have negative equity in the city. Prices remain quite high and interest rates remain quite low. Our average number of days on the market is strong at about a month and a half (the most desirable homes are selling in 1-2 weeks!) Many homes are receiving multiple offers quite quickly. As we move towards the busy spring and summer real estate season, look for buyer demand to increase and the number of listings to increase.
